Kelly Karis Visual is a Minneapolis-based photography and video studio specializing in real estate, architecture + design, multifamily, and commercial work.

Since 2013, Kelly has worked professionally across photography and cinematography, from properties and architecture to branded campaigns, events, and documentary-style work. His background includes producing visual content for major brands and working alongside some of the world’s top winter athletes at the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.

Today, the work is centered on creating premium, considered imagery that gives places, properties, and brands a distinct visual presence.

Whether photographing a home, documenting an apartment community, or building a larger visual production, the approach stays consistent: understand the assignment, make deliberate decisions, and deliver work that looks good because it works.
